I received a call from a biotech company. They were running letters and envelopes through their laser printer with information on tissue samples that they worked with. Each sample required individual information and the letter and envelope had to match . If they didn't match, the consequences could be great. I introduced them to a letter/envelope product that they run through the laser printer. The letter and envelope are printed in one pass and it completely eliminates the possibility of any mismatch . They were thrilled, have ordered it over and over and have sent their friendly competition to me to get the same product.

One of my largest customers calls me the miracle man. They were about to mail out 100,000 letters that had to be out on Friday by law. I found out on Wednesday that they were using first class permit envelopes because they had run out of presort standard envelopes. I was able to produce 100,000 window envelopes with their presort permit in two days. They got the mailing out on time and saved over $10,000 in postage which is several times the cost of the envelopes . Here's a situation where I essentially got my customer free envelopes and made them thousands of dollars at the same time. You can't beat that.
